If there was higher rating, this place would have it. Ambiance is very relaxing, romantic and very cozy. Service is impeccable, timely, and they got everything right- professionalism is on point. Food is ABSOLUTELY DEVINE, from artichoke dip that we devoured quickly with warm fresh baked bread, to 3 different pizzas. My friend got roasted duck pizza, takes the cake absolute no. 1, no doubt about that! My husband and I got chefs pastrami pie pizza and the new yorker, absolutely delicious and ao full of flavor. The whole meal is so delicious that it is not a question if we will be coming back but when. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not the stars reflect that.

This place had some of the best potatoes I’ve ever tasted, they were delicious! They were perfectly seasoned with onions, peppers, & corn. The steak was slightly over cooked than I prefer but I still enjoyed it. I enjoyed everything here so much I visited twice while in the area. The second time I tried the shrimp & grits, also delicious! The coffee here is great as well! Don’t hesitate to visit if you are in the area.

I came here this past weekend with my husband and another couple and had a wonderful experience. It was about a 45-minute wait, but there's so much to do in walking distance so that was fine. Once we got the call, we made our way back and were sat in their garden patio (our request). We loved all the strung-up lights and greenery! My husband and I ordered the caesar salad to share, which I did not know was wedge style, not usually my favorite, but made it work. He got the Burratina pizza and really enjoyed it. I ordered the Iron Skillet Mushroom Orzo and also really enjoyed! Our friends got the octopus and let us try it, and it may be the best octopus I've ever had. Very flavorful and not too chewy. Service was great as well. We will definitely be back.

Review for Third Wave If you’re looking for a fantastic outdoor dining experience in a tropical setting, Third Wave is the place to be! The atmosphere is absolutely stunning, with lush greenery and a relaxed, breezy vibe that makes you feel like you’re on vacation. We ordered the Greek salad, mushroom pizza, and Brussels sprouts, and everything was delicious. The salad was fresh and flavorful, the pizza had the perfect balance of crispy crust and savory toppings, and the Brussels sprouts were cooked to perfection. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and quick without feeling rushed. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, Third Wave is a must-try for great food, a beautiful ambiance, and an all-around amazing dining experience. Highly recommend!

We sat at the bar which was a little tight, but fun crowd and had a great time. The food was delicious and innovative. I can’t say enough about the service, excellent knowledge and very attentive.

We are repeat customers here. The food is always good no matter what I order. On this most recent visit, we had the apple bruschetta appetizer, which was heavenly. For dinner, I ordered their fresh fish special, Blackened Red Snapper over shrimp and grits with chorizo. The heat was just right, spicy but not overpowering. Delicious! My husband had venison tenderloin, which was another special for the night. My daughter had Creste de Gallo, a pasta dish with seafood and a light olive oil lemon sauce. The menu changes frequently, so there is always something new to try. This is one of my favorite New Smyrna restaurants. Note: This place (along with most restaurants in New Smyrna) does not take reservations. There is usually a longer wait on weekends. We were seated right away on a Thursday evening on a cold January night, but this is not the norm. It was a full house and we were lucky. The food is worth the wait.

I first took notice of this restaurant on DDD. We so stumbled upon it while walking on Flagler Ave, and we had to stop. Eating at this restaurant is an experience, and I'm sure that's exactly what the Chef wants! From the decor and outside patio garden, what an experience! Now, the food... my wife ordered the Prime Burger, and I ordered the Wagyu Beef Ribs. I just wanted to thank you, thank you for putting so much love and care into your food. It's noticed, and I, for one, will never forget this meal. As an avid foodie, I am always searching for the next best meal. Two days ago, we found something truly special, and it's called Third Wave Cafe and Wine Bar.

Stopped by this moderately upscale beach restaurant for a late lunch with family. Outside sitting area was very pleasant and peaceful with full service wine and bar area. Deciding on Buffalo chicken crepe for my entree was very surprising taste and portion size. It honestly was the best thing I’ve had off Flagler avenue in quite a while besides consistent staple restaurants. Entree came with a side salad of mixed herbs/veg and balsamic glaze dressing. Portion size was big for the pricing. Definitely looking forward to going back to try other menu options of food and drink. Mary our server was very attentive and friendly and helped with all our requests and questions. I’ll be back for sure.
